PENTHOUSE
Located in the west of Paris, this 130 m2 penthouse, whose distinctive feature is the living room's majestic dome, characterised by its spherical shape, enjoys uninterrupted views over the City of Light.
This turnkey project offers the sensation of a true refuge in the sky, accentuated by the presence of two terraces and an unusual living room inside the dome.
The Penthouse design by Romy Lesniowski
As part of this turnkey project, we worked on the design of the interior architecture of the Penthouse alongside the building's builder, in order to reorganize the spaces according to the clients' needs while creating a unique universe, in their image.
In this apartment, the rooms are served by a large entrance hall, bathed in natural light thanks to a succession of bay windows. The kitchen, announced by a custom-designed arch-shaped glass roof, gives access to the main terrace.
The living room and dining room form a single space with immaculate white walls, enhanced with a pearly patina, inspired by the unique combination of a semi-precious stone, onyx, and fire - a creation by Romy Lesniowski.
The entire apartment is parqueted in light oak, in a spirit of unity with an inlay of fiore di bosco in the entrance . As everywhere else, the entire layout was designed and made to measure, like the library which extends over 4 m in height, dressed in calacatta and striped oak.
The master suite which includes plenty of storage space also designed to measure is made particularly cozy by its walnut cladding with an adjoining bathroom, which plays the card of purity and timelessness.
For this project, we have selected unique pieces, including ceramics by Marik Korus, Elisa Uberti, Olivia Cognet or Juliette Clovis from the Galerie Louis Dimension as well as pieces from the Galerie Philia. Contemporary art is also present, through works by Alexandre Rochegaussen and Gaultier Rimbault-Joffard as well as rugs from the 169 edition in collaboration with Jean-Philippe Nuel.
